Booking conditions

If you have decided to book our “Haus Felsen Adršpach”, please let us know your booking request by booking form, mail, fax or letter. We will reserve the booking period with confirmation by e-mail. The booking is only binding upon receipt of the 50% down payment for both parties. If the deposit has not been received on our bank account at the latest 5 days after e-mail confirmation, it is up to us as a landlord to rent the period otherwise.

With the booking we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance, so that you are also insured in case of a cancellation. We would be happy to recommend suitable insurance upon request.

Upon conclusion of the contract (receipt of the booking confirmation) a down payment of 50% of the travel price is due and payable to us within 10 days. The final payment of the rental price has to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. For short-term bookings, the total price is to be transferred without prior payment or to be paid in cash upon arrival.

c.) Deposit

There is a deposit of 200 euros in cash to deposit. The deposit is used to settle any damage caused by careless use caused by the renter. Minor damage and normal wear and tear are not included. There are no additional costs for electricity, heating, water and firewood. If the consumption is higher than average or if stove wood has been used for the campfire and / or grill, the costs incurred can be offset against the deposit

A cancellation of the contract is possible at any time before arrival. If you can withdraw from the contract and can not provide a replacement person who enters the lease in your place, or we do not rent the period further, we charge a lump sum cancellation fee in the following amount:

25% of the total rental price for a cancellation from 60th to 31st day before the agreed arrival,

50% of the total rental price for a cancellation from the 30th up to and including the 2nd day before the agreed start of rental and

100% of the total rental price for a cancellation on the last day before arrival or no show.

In case of no-show or cancellation after the beginning of the rental period, the total rental price will be charged less unused services such as final cleaning and visitor’s tax.

Decisive is the receipt of your resignation by e-mail (info@dovolena-adrspach.cz) or fax (08321-6752012). You remain free to prove that no or significantly lower costs have been incurred by canceling the travel than with the aforementioned lump sums.
